Mrs. Nannie Hudson, 73, wife of Crockett Hudson, who was stricken with paralysis about ten days ago, died at her home Tuesday. She is survived by her husband and the following sons and daughters: Armond Hudson of Fieldale, Buford Hudson of Marion, Frank, Douglas and Malcomb Hudson of Max Meadows; Mrs. Arthur Alford of Max Meadows and Mrs. Virgie Coon of Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist church, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Neil McKinnon. Burial followed in the Hudson cemetery near Siloam.
Pallbearers were: Thomas and John Hudson, Walter, Paul and Harlo Alford, Fred Jackson and Chester Humphries.
Flower girls were: Eva and Nancy Rickey, Sylvia and Ruby Hudson, Mrs. Nellie Friend, Hazel Hudson, Mrs. John Hudson, Mrs. Elizabeth Umberger and Maria Alford.
