Beatrice Mary Walker, 97, of Harrisonville, Pennsylvanica died at 3:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004, in Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg.

Born Aug. 19, 1907, in Taylor Township, Fulton County, she was the daughter of the late William and Grace (Barnett) Knepper. She was married to Emanuel W. Walker on Jan. 1, 1930. Mr. Walker preceded her in death on Oct. 29, 1974.

Mrs. Walker is survived by four daughters and one son, Edith H. Gallaher, Hustontown; Nelson E. Walker, Waterfall; Naomi G. Walker, Harrisonville; Ann M. Howard, Atlanta, Ga.; and Bonnie B. Santanna, Hummelstown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, three stepgreat-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers: Norman Knepper, Three Springs, and Wilmer Knepper, Chambersburg.

Three brothers, Howard, Erman and Paul, and two sisters, Mae Berkstresser and Laura Stevens, are deceased.

She was a member of Center United Methodist Church, Waterfall, where she was a member of WSCS.

In earlier years, Mrs. Walker worked as a cook in the cafeteria of Forbes Road High School, and she was a homemaker.

Interment in Center Cemetery.
