Anna Mae Sloat
Anna Mae Sloat 87, of Green Acres Nursing Home in Gettysburg, died Tuesday April 7, at The Gettysburg Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Roy W. Sloat who died in 1977.
She was the former wife of the late Rev. Paul Hyser.

Born in Spring Grove, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Eppley) Miller. She was a member of the York Gospel Center.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary Morehead of Hellam, and Ruth Anna Pete of York; five sons, Paul Hyser Jr. and Ervin Hyser of Hanover, Clarence Hyser of Mechanicsburg, Richard Hyser of Newville, and David Hyser of Germansdale; five brothers, Harvey Miller and George Miller both of Hanover, Paul Miller of Manchester, Md., William Miller of Littlestown and Ervin Miller of Harrisburg; three sisters, Elizabeth Wright and Elsie Luckenbaugh, both of Hanover, and Florence Hillyard; 32 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Wetzel Funeral Home 549 Carlisle with the Rev. Samuel A. Garrett of Bethel Assembly of God. Interment will be in Md. Thursday following the funeral.
