DRESDEN: Services for Jessie Cornelia Armstrong Ainley, 79, were at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 22 at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the New Hope Cemetery in Latham.
Mrs. Ainley died on Saturday, September 20 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was born near Sharon to the late Robert Lee and Josephine Bone Doster. She was a member New Hope Baptist Church near Latham.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Ainley; two daughters, Rebecca Cheatham of McKenzie and Nelda Brewer of Russellville, Alabama; two stepdaughters, Brenda Kelley of Dresden and Debbie Rust of McKenzie; a son, Kelly Barber of Parkersburg, West Virginia; a stepson, David Ainley of Houston, Texas; a sister, Carmen Parrish of St. Louis, Missouri; eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
