Adelia M. Webb, 81, Quincy, passed away on Friday, Jan. 3, 1997, at the Quincy Valley Hospital. She was born on Dec. 26, 1915, to James and Chloie (Robison) Abbott at Bunkerville, Nev. She married William Bruce McIntire in 1932.

They moved to Quincy from Deer Island, Ore., in 1954. Mr. McIntire preceded her in death on Dec. 17, 1957. She married Arnold Westover in 1959, and he preceded her in death in 1971. She married Reed Webb in April of 1977. They have since made their home in the Quincy and George areas.

Mrs. Webb was employed at the Quincy Valley Hospital for a number of years as a licensed practical nurse. Mrs. Webb was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a mutual teacher and a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was primary president for 20 years and also past president of the Relief Society. She was on a mission to New Mexico from 1973 until 1975. Adelia loved her family, liked to travel and enjoyed gardening, music, reading and quilting.

Mrs. Webb is survived by her husband, Reed, at the home; her children, Chloie Paris of Kalispell, Mont., Byron McIntire of Deer Island, Ore., Ronald McIntire of Hayden Lake, Idaho, Diana Smalley and Marilynn Smalley, both of Rosburg, and Bill McIntire of San Francisco; a stepdaughter, Rena Kemp of Yuma, Ariz.; 29 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; her sisters, Rhodella Ostergard of Boulder City, Nev., Jean Hughes of Las Vegas, Nev., and Erma Lemonn of Santa Ynez, Calif.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by her parents and 10 brothers and sisters.
