She leaves a daughter, Harriet Woodhouse, and a son, Ronald L. Kirk, both of Madison; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by sons James J. Jr. and William A. Kirk; six brothers and five sisters.
