Mrs. Sawitzki was born September 21, 1916, at South Valley, the daughter of Romaine and Flossie (Walrath) Lane. She lived in East Worcester for the past 12 years. She married John Sawitzki. Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Hagadorn, Mrs. Charlene Jeffers, both of Worcester, Mrs. Myrna Burton of Westford, and Miss Geraldine Sawitzki, at home; her mother and father of South Valley and Pleasant Brook; two sisters, Mrs. Lucy Mickel of Schenevus and Mrs. Mae Barbic of Central Bridge three step-sisters, Mrs. Alan Davis, Mrs. Thela Dornburgh and Mrs. Mildred Guernsey; one step-brother, George Price; 13 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews ..."
