Gordon Wayne Dyer, age 64, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2006 at a local hospital. He was a member of East Side Church of Christ and was also a former Sunday School teacher at Antioch Church of Christ for several years. He was a 1962 graduate of Bradley Central High School and was employed by Duracell and Cleveland Chair for many years. Mr. Dyer was the son of the late U.L. Dyer Sr. and Della Gamble Dyer and was also preceded in death by his brother U. L. Dyer Jr.



He is survived by his wife of 43 years Eva Mae Trentham Dyer of Cleveland; one son Eddy Dyer of Cleveland and one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Tom Tortomasi of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; brothers: Alvin Dyer of Cleveland, Charles L. Dyer of Chattanooga; one sister Jessie Dyer Sakosky of Madison Heights, Michigan; three nieces and one nephew also survive.
