OBITUARY:
"Winchester, Ind. - Bernice 'Bea' Leona Mack, 89, 551 N. Main St., died 15 May 2000 at her home after a long illness. She was born 24 Nov 1910 in Randolph Co. to Thomas Gideon and Ada Jeffery Mullen and lived in Randolph Co. all her life. Before retiring she owned Shopwell, a women's clothing store in Winchester. She was a member of the East Street Congregational Christian Church, Moose Lodge 1977. American Legion Auxiliary and the Homemakers Club, all in Winchester and the Eagles in Union City. She volunteered for Area Six Meals on Wheels, Randolph Co. Hospital, Randolph Co. Nursing Home and Randolph County Services. She also was secretary/treasurer of the Winchester Bowling League.

Survivors include one daughter, Joanna Owens of Stanford, CT; two sons, Tom Mack of Columbus, OH and Phillip Mack of Fort Wayne; 11 grandchidren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Charles Mack, in 1990. Burial was at Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester."
