Michael H. Nytes, 83, a retired farmer and filesmith, died Tuesday noon in Kaukauna after a 1- year illness He lived at 214 Whitney street, Kaukauna. Mr. Nytes was born Jan. 31, 1872, in the town of Wilson, Sheboygan county. He lived there until moving to the town of Buchanan, Outagamie county, in 1894 where he farmed until 1929 when he moved to Kaukauna. Since 1929 Mr. Nytes has been a filesmith, retiring in 1955. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning at St. Mary Catholic church, Kaukauna, with burial in St. Francis cemetery, Hollandtown. He is survived by his widow; two daughters. Mrs. William Tennessen, Kaukauna, and Mrs. Rawley Parker, Appleton; two sons, Frank route 3, Kaukauna, and Ben, Kaukauna; one brother. August, Hollandtown; two sisters. Mrs. Rose Chlosta, Sheboygan, and Mrs. Jacob Jacoby, Sheboygan Falls; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
