OBITUARY
Funeral services for W. E. (Emmett) Hicks of Wells held Monday at 3 p.m. in the Falvey Memorial Methodist Church at Wells.
Officiating were Rev. Clayton McMahill and Rev. O. P. Meador. Burial followed in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Mr. HICKS died Sunday at his home in Wells after an extended illness. He was a farmer and rancher in Wells and well-known in the vicinity.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Edna HICKS; sons, E. F. HICKS and John M. HICKS; daughters, Mrs. Odessa CATES, Mrs. Carrie HAMILTON, Mrs. Rebecca SPARKMAN, Mrs. Mildred HOPPER, Mrs. Iola PRESNALL and Mrs. Jerry BROOKS.
