Paul Edwin Talley, 87, died Tuesday, September 6, 2012 in Bloomington, MN after a brief illness. He leaves his loving wife of 62 years, Helen (Batson) Talley, his daughter Ginger (John) Nelson from Burnsville, MN, a brother John Talley (Dallas), 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Paul was born and raised in Dallas, TX. He was the youngest of three sons born to Louis and Maude (Kemp) Talley. He graduated from Garland High School in 1943 and attended SMU. In his early career, Paul was a Flight Engineer with American Airlines. He had a passion for ham radio, computers and electronics and with those talents he devoted his career until his retirement. A memorial service is planned for September 16, 2012, at 2pm at the Realife Cooperative in Burnsville, MN. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Sparkman/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his young son, Jimmy.
