OTHA HARRIS, 68, DIES WEDNESDAY
Mrs. Otha R. Harris, 68, 1517 Iowa St. died at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, at her home. She had been in ill health about a year, and had not been hospitalized.
Funeral service with be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Brooks-Fouch Chapel, with the Rev. Arlie Krussell officiating. Burial will be in Adel.
She was born November 5, 1890, at Chrisman, Edgar Co., Ill. and moved to Iowa in 1907. She was married to William Scott Harris in 1908 and they lived near Adel until moving to Kellerton in 1934, they moved to Perry in 1947.
Survivors include her husband, one son, Billie Burke Harris, Herrin, Ill., and two daughters, Mrs. Velma Mantz, Linden, and Mrs. Marvel M. Bigelow, of Denver,Colo. and three grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by her daughter, Pearl and her parents, Harvey and Melinda Rogers.
