Margaret Beauchamp Yeager was the daughter of Elizabeth Prettyman and John Beauchamp (b. 1776). Her siblings were: David Asbury, Harriett Sarepta (Kirkpatrick), Mary (Buck), Sarah Shepherd (John Hubbard Brown), Maria (Gordon; Beauchamp), Eliza (Sansom), Rachel (Royal Brown), John Tivis, Charlotte (James) and Elizabeth (Bennett). The family moved the spring of 1808 from Delaware to Ohio (Pickaway Plains, Portsmouth, then Pike CO).

Margaret married John Yeager (1798–1882) on Oct 28,1819 in Pike County, Ohio. They lived in Fountain, Wayne and Tippecanoe counties in Indiana. They had the following children: John Beauchamp, Andrew Jackson (died young), Mary H.(died young), Elizabeth (Campbell,Smith, Barker), George Washington, and Asbury (died young).

After Margaret died, John married Elizabeth Esget Scott. His burial site is next to Margaret's (see "Notes"). In 2016, only the stone for son Andrew Yeager, Sr. was located in this section.
