Martin J. Bresnahan, 729 McKinley south, died Thursday [4 April 1957] morning at the age of 93. He was born Jan. 28, 1864, in Waukon, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Tracy, Aug. 28, 1932. Two sons and two daughters also preceded him in death.
Surviving are the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Rudolph Hofmann and Mrs. William Fewer, St. Cloud; W. Vern Bresnahan, Chester, Mont. and J. Edward Bresnahan, Stanton. There are 28 grandchildren and 53 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Colbert funeral home Thursday night.
The body will be taken to Northfield Friday to remain at the Zanmiller funeral home until the time of the funeral Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Dominic's Catholic church.
