Kenneth was born on August 11, 1946 the beloved son of James McKinley and Rossie Lee Lunsford Hepler. Kenneth and his family cared for their widowed mother until his death on May 7, 2009. Kenneth also served in Vietnam in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his parents.
