Mrs. Daniel was born June 26, 1913, in Pitcairn, Pa. She grew up and attended school in Detroit, Mich. Her maiden name was Wallace. She was a homemaker and moved to Molalla in 1953. She was a member of Molalla United Methodist Church. In 1948,she married William Custer Maness; he died in the mid-1960s. In 1969, she married Virgil E. Daniel; he died in 1995.
Survivors include her daughter, Virginia Mae Krupicka; brothers, Robert Cunnings and Alfred Cunnings; sisters, Ruthie Joyner and Gracie Kallis; eight grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Adams Cemetery in Molalla.
