LISA GAY GIBSON, 32, of Huntington, W.Va., wife of Mike Gibson, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2003, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2003, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with the Rev. Ray Vance officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington. She was born April 1, 1971, in Cabell County, W.Va., and was a member of American Legion Post 93 Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her husband, survivors include her mother, Charlotte Hicks Murphy; her father and stepmother, Danny and Judy Murphy; a sister and brother-in-law, Angel and Dana Nenni; three nieces, Ashleigh Nenni, Miranda Floyd and Desireé Gibson; two nephews, Jacob Nenni and Matthew Floyd; maternal grandmother, Juanita Hicks; mother-in-law, Debbie Gibson; father-in-law, Mike Gibson; grandparents-in-law, Phyllis and Raymond Gibson and Gloria Ferguson; sisters-in-law, Tara Floyd and Joyce; and brother-in-law, Matt Gibson, all of Huntington; stepsister, Angie Dickinson of Kentucky; stepbrothers, Eddie Bowen of Huntington and Timmy Bowen of Kentucky; special friend and doctor, Polley Cunningham; five aunts including a special aunt, Connie Hicks of Huntington, and a very special aunt, Mona Hicks of Cincinnati, Ohio, who donated a kidney to Lisa; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2003, at Chapman's Mortuary.
