Hub C. Hannum, 72, Bridgeport, died Sunday in the Brewster hospital.

Mr. Hannum was born Jan. 10, 1907, at Corning, Kan. He grew up in South Dakota.

On Dec. 2, 1938, he married Marie A. Pop at Pierre, SD. In 1942, they moved to Seattle and to Bridgeport in 1950.

Mr. Hannum was a member of the Carpenter's Union No. 20205 and the Brewster Bridle Club.

Surviving are his wife, Marie, at home; two sons, Ron, Farmington Hills, Mich., and Doug, Fresno, Calif.; three daughters, Janis McNamara of San Diego, Calif., Sharon Wilson of Spring Valley, Calif.; and Kathy Cathey of Newman Lake; two brothers, Lloyd and Lyn, both of Fort Pierre, SD.; a sister, Alice Mathews, Lakewood, Colo.; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughters. Mr. Hannum was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 20 at 2 pm from the Barnes Funeral Home in Brewster. Committal Services and Interment were Wednesday at 11 am at Pines Cemetery, Spokane. Memorials may be made to the Brewster Hospital Cardiac Pulmonary Dept. Barnes Funeral home, Brewster, in charge of arrangements.
