Claire E. Izenhower - 80 Claire Estella Izenhower, 80, Post Falls, died Sunday in a local nursing home. She was born October 29, 1902 in Froid, Montana, and moved to Couer d'Alene in June 1978 from Santa Rosa, California. Survivors include her son, Martin E. of Spokane; daughters, Mrs. Wallace (June) Freeman of Post Falls; Mrs. Carl (Irene) Freeman of Santa; Mrs. Earl (Marjorie) Wallace of Sebastopol, California, and Mrs. Martin (Shirley) Reeves of Hardin, Montana, her brother, Ray Astrope of Wheatland, Wyoming; sisters, Amy and Myrtle of Plentywood, Montana, Mable of Hartford, Connecticut, and Elsie of Tacoma; 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. A private grave side service will be held in Whitefish, Montana. English Funeral Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
