BLAKE, Roy Passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2012, at Grand River Hospital, K-W Health Centre, Kitchener. Roy resided in New Hamburg and was born 76 years ago in Breslau. He was the son of the late Albert and Vera (Schaefer) Blake. Beloved husband of Doris (Snider) Blake with whom he celebrated 53 years of marriage. Loving father of Bev and Steve Campbell of New Hamburg and Karen and Robert Sisko of California. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Kellie, Shae-Lynn and Michael. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Delbert and Francis Blake of Waterloo, Harold and Norma Blake of Kitchener, Marjorie Dermo of Guelph, Marion Denomme of Kitchener, Don Ueberschlag of Kitchener and sister-in-law Connie Blake of Seaforth. Roy was pre-deceased by his brother Doug Blake and sister Ruby Ueberschlag. Roy was a member of the New Hamburg Lawn Bowling Club. Roy enjoyed playing solo and euchre at the New Hamburg Legion, and also played shuffleboard at the MURF. Family and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Roy's life will take place on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
