Bertha Mae Warren
VALDOSTA -- Bertha Mae Warren, 96, died Dec. 10, 2003 at Fellowship Home in Valdosta.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, in George H. Hewell and Son Northside Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Altman officiating. Burial will be held in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Warren was born in Stillmore, Ga. July 19, 1907. She was the daughter of the late Boss and Susan Ann Vereen Warren.
She had retired from Fireman Fund Insurance Co. in Atlanta and lived in Jacksonville, Fla. after retirement until moving to Valdosta in 2002. She was a member of Spring Glen United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, Fla.
She is survived by her one brother, Gordon F. Warren and his wife Dorothy of Valdosta; numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service on Saturday at George H. Hewell and Son Northside Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. -- George H.
