Mr. Lecky was a cook at Middlesex General Hospital, New Brunswick for 15 years.
He was a communicant of St. Francis R.C. Church and was a charter member of St. Francis Council, Knights of Columbus.
An Army veteran of World War II, he is survived by his wife, Mary Buchark Lecky; a son, Thomas of South Plainfield; a brother, John of Highland Park, and two sisters, Helen Sypeck and Mildred Fulop both of New Brunswick.
A mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9 a.m. Friday at St. FRancis Church.
Burial will be in Gate of heave Cemetery, East Hanover.
Arrangements are by the Runyon Mortuary, 468 Middlesex Ave.
