Virginia E. Pawelczak, 86, of Toledo, passed away on September 7, 2012, at Ebeid Hospice. She was born on January 20, 1926, to Homer Sr. and Ada (Webb) Perkins in Waterloo, Alabama. Ginny worked at General Mills from 1962-1964 and she was also a devoted homemaker. She was a charter member of St.

Patrick of Heatherdowns Church and a member of their 'Over 55' club. Ginny was also a member of the Toledo Area Women's Democratic Club and volunteered at the voting polls. She enjoyed playing bunco and shopping. Ginny also loved to travel with her husband and attending his Marine '4th Division' Reunions which took place all over the country.

Virginia was preceded in death by her loving husband, Chester and she was the last of 11 siblings. She will be dearly missed by her son, Mark Pawelczak; many nieces and nephews in
Indiana, Florida and Tennessee; special nieces, Suzanne Hallauer and Deborah Publiski; dear great-niece, Jillian Hoyt, and her adored great-nephew and special sweetheart, Michael Hallauer Jr.

Family and friends may visit at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy., on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 where Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial tributes may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church.
