ADAMSON, Bro. Andrew, of Eden Valley congregation, was suddenly killed by lightning, July 19, 1904, near his home in Stafford county, Kansas, aged 50 years. Deceased was born in Delaware county, Indiana. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Snyder in 1875. In 1876 he and his companion united with the Brethren church. To this union eight children were born, two of whom preceded their father to the spirit world. His companion and six children, father, brother and two sisters are left to mourn their loss. Funeral services were conducted by Eld. G. W. Weddle, from the Brethren church.
