Raymond H. Trautman, 86, of rural Sweet Springs, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at I-70 Community Hospital in Sweet Springs.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sweet Springs, with Rev. Dan Wing officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs.
Visitation will be held from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Monday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Sweet Springs.

Pallbearers will b3e Jerry Trautman, Douglas Trautman, Aristote DeMoss, Nicholas DeMoss, Carl Bonar, Craig Bonar, Christian Bonar, Travis Hinck and Bradly Greer.

Born December 9, 1924, in Sweet Springs, he was the son of the late Arthur Trautman and Mary Pritchard Trautman. On August 15, 1946, he married Violet Mae Kuhlman who survives of the home. He had lived in rural Sweet Springs his entire life, was a farmer, worked at the ASCS office in Marshall and at Alma Co-op in Waverly. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and its Men's Club.

He was also preceded in death by one grandson and one brother, Clarence Trautman.

Other survivors include his children, Robert Eugene Trautman of Houstonia, Barbara DeMoss of Ionia, Connie Bonar and Donna Hinck of rural Sweet Springs, and Debbie Greer of Sweet Springs; 16 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
