MR. HAROLD M. "PEE-WEE" BIAS, 74, of Huntington, W.Va., died Monday, July 26, 1999 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 1999, at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington by Pastor Roger Adams. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Pee-Wee was born Nov. 30, 1924, in Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late Fred and Gertrude Meadows Bias. He was a retired yard conductor from the former C&O Railroad with 38 years of service and a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 1064 whose members will be pallbearers and conduct military graveside rites and Masonic Lodge No. 53 A.F.&A.M. of Huntington. He was preceded in death by a son, Rick Bias and two sisters. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Bias two daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and John Sprouse of Bunker Hill, W.Va., and Brenda and Jim McCallister of Hawthorne, Fla. and a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Paula Bias of Huntington six grandchildren five great-grandchildren and his mother-in-law, Faye Spurlock of Lavalette. Friends may call at Chapman's Mortuary from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 1999.
