JAMES PAUL BURTON BIAS, 84, of West Logan, husband of Edna Ruth Brown Bias, died Saturday, March 24, 2001, in Logan General Hospital. He was a former conductor with C & O Railroad. Also surviving are one daughter, Sharon Jeffrey Dempsey of Dothan, Ala.; and three sisters, Kathleen Risco of Ohio, Genevive Caron of Florida and Margaret Bias of Huntington. Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday at Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Logan; burial in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Huntington. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel.
