Harold Ostel Barker, 92, 4042 Knob Road, Faubush, died Wednesday, May 27, 1992, at his residence.
A Pulaski County native, he was born Dec. 5, 1899, son of the late Luther and Parthenia Richardson Barker. He was a carpenter; construction worker; deacon, Sunday School teacher, and member of New Hope Baptist Church, Nancy.
His wife, Eula V. Compton Barker, whom he married Feb. 1, 1920, died Jan. 17, 1986.
Survivors include a sister, Nelcheon Barker, New York, N.Y.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; two brothers, Rufus and Joe Barker; and two sisters, Esther Roy and Leneth Barker.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel of Morris and Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Harlan Avera officiating.
Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
