Born in Summerside, he was the son of Doris (Crozier) Bell, Etobicoke, Ont. Survived by his loving wife, Janice (Hashie) Crozier; daughters, Jacqueline (Marcel) Richard, Dieppe, N.B.; Tanya (Claudemiro) Dos Santos, Mapleton, Ont.; grandchildren, Danielle and Justin Richard; Amanda, Claudia and Joshua Dos Santos; brothers and sisters, Deborah (Robert) Irvine, Halifax, N.S.; Walter Bell, Etobicoke, Ont.; Cheryl (Troy) Penney, Sudbury, Ont.; Douglas Bell, Etobicoke, Ont.; and as close as a brother, his uncle, Phillip Crozier, Summerside. Predeceased by a sister, Leah McDougall. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. only. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
