Christine was the youngest daughter of James Thomas Brown and Nina Bell Crawley. On the 12th of Mar 1948 she married Fred Perry Martin, Jr. at Central Baptist Church in Port Arthur, Jefferson Co., Texas. They had one daughter Sherrill Lynn, but were divorced 5 Sept 1968 in Tarrant Co., Texas.
