Keisler, 83, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2011 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2011 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 1273 Calks Ferry Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Mr. Keisler was born September 12, 1927 in Lexington, SC and passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2011. He was a son of the late Jessie Hampton Keisler and Emma Keisler. Mr. Keisler was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church. Mr. Keisler is survived by his children, Debbie Steele (LaVern), Larry Keisler (Becky) and Joann Chavis (Jimmy); 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 1 sister, Dorothy Smith. He was predeceased by his wife, Annie L. Johnson Keisler; 9 sisters and 3 brothers.
