Gordon John Mackey, 80, died Feb. 21, 2012, at the Hospice Care Center in Longview, WA.
He was born Jan. 16, 1932, in Negaunee, Mich., to John and Amy (Baakki) Mackey. He graduated from R.A. Long High School in 1950 and worked most of his life as a millwright foreman.
Survivors include three sons, Jim, Ken and Ron; and four brothers, Lawrence, Harold, Douglas and Gary.
At his request, there will be no public service.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Northwood Park Funeral Home, Richfield, Wash.
