"Services for Carl Carsten
Carl O. Carsten, 76, retired farmer of Neponset, died early Tuesday March 28, at Kewanee Public Hospital, where he had been a patient for the past ten days. He was bon Aug. 23,1890, Medina, Ohio, the son of George and Louise Waltz Carsten. He was married to Ena May Jurgensen on Jan.14,1928 and she died in December 1962.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Carlena) Bradley of Neponset; three grandsons, Steven, Michael and Allan; and a grand daughter, Susana.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Duncan Funeral home in Bradford
