DEATH BY HEART DISEASE...
Mrs. Mary Welchman died at the home of her sister Mrs. A. Woods No. 1017 W. 24th street at noon last Sunday after an illness of but two days with heart disease. The deceased was one of the early settlers of California, having come to the state in the early seventies and has resided here ever since. She spent the greater portion of her time in Ventura County and resided in Santa Paula for fifteen years.
Mrs. Welchman leaves a brother D.E. Sullivan, of Laramie, Wyoming, and her sister Mrs. Woods of this city with whom she has been living for the past two years. The remains were conveyed to Santa Paula and internment took place at the Mount Olive Cemetery there Wednesday morning. (MLBegert)
