Born in Hartford, daughter of the late John and Catherine (Zajac) Anteck, Mae was a Newington resident for most of her life and was a member of St. Mary's Church.
Mae leaves behind her brother, Joseph Anteck and his wife, Nancy of Northford; her sister, Anna Bernotas of Sunderland, MA and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral services will be Wednesday, 10:15 a.m. from the Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, 11 a.m. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, 9:15- 10:15 a.m. at Newington Memorial. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Glastonbury. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
