Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Virginia Warren, 95, of Henderson, will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012 at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Pete Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home of Henderson.

Family will receive friends at 1:00p.m., Thursday, Aug. 30, one hour before the service.

Mrs. Warren passed away August 27, 2012 in Henderson. She was born Feb. 9, 1917 in Kansas, and was a lifelong resident of East Texas. She was a homemaker and library aide at London Elementary, where she enjoyed interaction with lower school students. Her interests throughout life included being a good student, dancing, skating, loving her family pets, bird watching, cooking, music, and playing bridge with friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William F. and Una Love Thruston; husband, George Langford 'Lanky' Warren; brothers, Jack and Reginald 'Reg' Thruston; sisters, Euclyn and Thelma; and granddaughter, Reagan Warren Walker.

Survivors include: children, Judy Warren of Pleasant Hill community, and Jack Warren and his wife 'Dink' of Montgomery; grandson, Keith Warren; great-grandchildren, Micah Walker, Zoe Warren, and Joshua Warren; great-great-grandchild, Rourk Walker; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
