William E. Fenno, 39, of Cordova died after an apparent heart attack at 2:30 yesterday afternoon in the McLaughlin Body Co., Moline, where he was employed. Services will be at 2 Sunday afternoon in the Dailey Funeral Home, Port Byron. The Rev. Arthur Donnelly, pastor of the Cordova Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Cordova Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 tonight until the services. Fenno was born March 9, 1926, in Coal Valley, the son of George and Margaret E. Schrieber Fenno. He married Patricia Allen on Sept. 2, 1950, in Port Byron. Mr. Fenno was a veteran of World War II and a past commander of the Cordova American Legion Post. Survivors are the widow; his mother; two daughters, Arlene Ann and Vicki Lynn both at home; two brothers, Marvin J. of Cordova and George S. of Davenport; three sisters, Mrs. H. H. DeWilfond of Cordova, Mrs. Nellie Clark of Geneseo and Mrs. Irving Naftzger of Albany. He was preceded in death by his father.
