DENMARK - John C. Farrar, 74, a retired service station operator, died Thursday at a Bamberg hospital.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Park United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Denmark Cemetery, directed by Cooner Funeral Home.
Mr. Farrar was born in Laurens County and was a member of Bethel Park United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are: his widow, Mrs. Catherine Neely Farrar of Denmark; a sister, Miss Judith Farrar of Durham, N.C.
