Worked on payroll (Highland Park Hospital) and later Assistant Buyer, S.S. Kresge Co., Detroit, retired 1955. Married Dr. Ivan H. Deevey, June 9, 1951. Two sons, Kevin Gary Deevey (USPS postal worker and singer), born April 26, 1958 and Craig Eric Deevey (warehouse manager), born August 19, 1961.
