!OBITUARY: Olin L. Perkey, 76, of the River Park Nursing Home, died at 4 a.m. Sunday in the St. Joseph's Hospital after an extended illness. Perkey was a former Uniroyal Corp. employee having retired in 1961. Born Jan. 1, 1899 in South Bend, he had lived here most of his life. On Dec. 7, 1921, in Wisconsin, he married Alice Weston, who died in 1964. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. John White of South Bend, Mrs. Clayton Biller of Carpentersville, Ill., Mrs. Earl Swaine of Ladysmith, Wis., and Mrs. Ruby Brink of Glenwood, Iowa; nine grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and a brother, Clyde of Jimtown.
