He is survived by his mother, Effie Allen Duttlinger, two sons, Lowell and Randy, a daughter Malinda, two grandchildren, a brother, Charles, and a sister, Darlene.
Services will be at the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Darold Hill officiating.
