Alice Marlene Paine Wolfe passed away on Friday, December 23, 2011 of heart and lung failure. She was born June 22, 1934 to Fredrick G. Paine and Alice M. Dawley Paine Shaner.
She was raised in Ogden, Utah and attended
Ogden City Schools.

She married Gale R. Wolfe on February 10, 1951.
Marlene was known for her ability to care and give. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She and Gale had six children and ran a foster home
for the Children's Aid Society of Utah for 14 years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Ogden as well as in Arizona where she retired. She loved to laugh, read, scrapbook and sing in the choir.

She is survived by her husband and six children.
One son, Robert (Brenda) Wolfe of Gilbert, AZ;
Five Daughters:
Sandra (William) Graves of Mesa, AZ;
Deanna Wolfe and Cindy Lundquist, Roy, Utah;
Glenda (Sonny) Salas, N. Ogden;
Penny Ruiz of Ogden;
Sherry (Demetrius) Nelson of Clearfield, Utah;
15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Services will be on Thursday, December 29, at 11:00 am - Larkin Mortuary, 496 24th St. Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.

Interment will be at Lindquist Memorial Park.
