Mother of Mary was MARGARET PATTON “PEG” DRAKE (1844-1877),daughter of R. P. A. “PATTON” DRAKE, JR. and AMANDA MARSHALL.

Died in this city, at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon, August 10, Mrs. Mary Frazier, aged 52 years. She had been an invalid for years and for nine years had been unable to walk. On the preceding Friday, she had a paralytic stroke, which affected her eye and tongue. She was laid to rest Sunday afternoon, after funeral services had been held at the Catholic church by the Reverend Father Mispagel.

Mrs. Frazier was born in Weakley County, Tennessee. She was married to William Frazier August 27, 1884. To this union were born two daughters, now living, Mrs. Effie Meacham and Mrs. Mayme Keirsey.

The body was laid to rest in Little Prairie Cemetery.
