Daryl Backstrom Aspray, 68, of Temple Terrace, Fla., died Saturday, July 4, 1998, at her home. She was born Feb. 15, 1930, in West Newton, a daughter of the late Thomas and Magdalena Hofmann Backstrom. She was a registered nurse and a member of Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband, Judson Aspray; three children, five brothers, a sister, six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Aug. 1, at 2 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, Vine and Fourth streets, West Newton.
She will be buried in West Newton Cemetery.
