Mr. Marion W. ''Billy'' Harris, 82, died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998, in Picayune.
Mr. Harris was a native of Janice, Miss. He was a sales clerk with Thigpen's Hardware and was a veteran of the Army during World War II. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Algiers, La.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Katherine Hartfield Harris of Picayune; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Harris of Meridian; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune. A service will be at 3 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel, with burial in New Palestine Cemetery in Picayune
