The son of Conrad & Margaret Ellen (Ross) Tucker of Osgood, Ripley Co IN, Hobert married Maude Rita Benefiel 7 Feb 1914 in Jeffersonville, Clark Co IN, the daughter of George & Katherine "Katie" (Carber) Benefiel.
In 1916, the family was living in Portland, Multnomah Co OR. By 1930, they had moved to Cottrell, Clackamas Co OR, where they remained until 1942 when they were found living in Boring, Clackamas Co OR.
Hobert had several occupations throughout the years, but stayed in farming the longest. He was of medium height and weight and had blue eyes and light brown hair.
After Hobert's death, his wife Maude moved to Sandy, Clackamas Co OR, where she died in 1970, having never remarried.
