Rev Ollie B. Buckles,88,of the Belfast community passed away Thursday May 6 1993 at his home.
He was a native of Russell County Virginia and a former resident of Buchanan County Virginia returning to Russell County 30 years ago.
He was a retired section forman with N&W Railroad and a Baptist minister.
He was preceded in death by his wife--Maggie Nash Buckles.
One daughter--Judy Darlene Buckles.
Survivors are one daughter--Anna Jean Patty Buckles Mullins.
Two sons--Joe H. Buckles of Stafford Virginia and Jimmie E. Buckles of McLean Virginia.
Two sisters--Laura Belle Buckles Jessee of Cedar Bluff Virginia and Grace Buckles Hoback of Bluefield West Virginia.
Six grandchildren--three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
