See Missouri death certificate #70-0007521. She appears to have died at her home, 201 W. 9th St., Oak Grove, Missouri. She was a widowed house keeper. Her father was Jeff Hawkins and her mother was Julia Fuller. The informant on the DC was her son Leon Wiggins. Note that the DC says the informant was Levon Wiggins but its believed this is in error and Leon is correct. She was buried in this cemetery on 4 Mar 1970.
