Mr. Moredock was born April 23, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana and was raised in Gallatin, Tennessee and spent the next twenty years of his life in Texarkana, Texas.
He was a retired mechanical engineer for Motion Industries in Texarkana. He was a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks Lodge 399 and the Texarkana Moose Lodge 2282 and a Baptist.
